National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 aims to transform the education system in India by providing access to education for all, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion and preparing students for the 21st Century. The National Education Policy 2020 for higher education aims to transform the existing higher education system in India. This policy aims to increase the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) in higher education to 50% by 2035. Universities and Colleges in Uttar Pradesh are streamlined with NEP.
